You don't have to be a bendy yogi or a tightly cored pilates goer (yogis and pilates enthusiasts are welcome of course), but this class is very much for us regular (but still very much glorious) women.

What are the stretch sessions exactly?

Not quite sitting under a magical waterfall, but pretty close.

This is a slow, considered and precise class of stretching and body opening movements.

It will make you realise just how tight you are and just how great something simple like stretching can make you feel.

You will be amazed at just how magical our womanly bodies are. You will be surprised at how simple it can be to change how your whole body feels and how much peace you can cultivate in a single session.

Learn an entire bunch of techniques that you can utilise FOR LIFE to create peace within whenever you want.

The stretch sessions were born out of the need for a class that combines opening of the body, stretching out all that tension and stiffness ALONGSIDE tenderness and caring of your heart, and where your spirit is at.

Hey, I'm Bec!

I started teaching The Stretch Sessions years ago.

Even between having children (2 boys) and my busy chiropractic practise, I have always found my way back to teaching these again, and again.

I want to impress on women just how powerful they are when they realise the power to change their internal state, tend deeply to their hearts and facilitate the release of tension in their bodies HAS ALWAYS been available to them.

It's my honour and MISSION to show women their incredible design, that even through simple stretching they can unlock a deep magic and find the peace they desire.
